Title- Motorsport & Customer Support Engineer
Location- Stoke-on-Trent
Start Date- Immediate
Trial Period- 3 months
Salary- Via negotiation
Job purpose –
Aim Technologies are looking for a skilled, responsible, hardworking person to fulfil a full-time hardware/software support role within our rapidly expanding motorsport electronics business.
Key roles and responsibilities include –
- Responding to end-user support emails and phone calls
- Remote login hardware calibration
- Occasional trackside customer support
- Assist other team members on various OE development projects
- Liaise with aftersales staff with regards to returns and warranty claims
Qualifications / Accreditations/ Professional memberships –
- Confident computer skills- An understanding of Microsoft office products is essential, especially excel and outlook
- Ideally educated to degree level- not always essential
- Experience or accreditation specifically in a motorsport environment- data engineering preferred
- Knowledge of operation of Aim hardware and software, along with an understanding of its relevance to the individual end-user
- Full UK driving licence is essential
- Valid passport without travel restrictions
