What Are Motorbike PDMs?
A motorbike power distribution module (PDM) is an advanced electronic device that manages and distributes electrical power across various systems of the bike. It replaces traditional fuse and relay systems with solid-state technology, offering increased reliability, flexibility and control.
Motorbike PDMs allow riders and teams to control key electrical components such as lights, fuel pumps and fans, to enhance performance, safety and efficiency, making them critical for racing and high-performance bikes.
Motorbike PDM Features
- Solid-state power distribution: Motorbike PDMs use solid-state technology to manage electrical circuits, eliminating the need for traditional fuses and mechanical relays. This setup reduces the risk of mechanical failures and provides more consistent performance under extreme racing conditions.
- Programmable outputs: Our PDMs allow riders to configure different circuits for custom performance setups. This feature is ideal for race-specific configurations where quick changes to power distribution are required.
- Data logging and monitoring: Advanced PDMs can track and monitor the electrical system’s performance, giving real time diagnostics such as voltage, current and temperature. These alerts help detect issues to ensure the bike runs smoothly throughout the race.
- Compact and lightweight design: Designed for high-performance environments, motorbike PDMs are compact and lightweight, ensuring they don’t add unnecessary weight to the bike.

What Are The Differences Between Our Motorbike PDMs?
We stock a selection of high-performance motorbike PDMs designed to meet various racing and performance needs. However, it’s important to remember they each serve different purposes:
- PDM32: Offers 32 configurable power outputs, with 28 high-side outputs and 4 half-bridge outputs. This model is ideal for complex setups where multiple circuits need to be managed simultaneously. It’s perfect for professional racers looking to optimise every aspect of the bike’s electrical system.
- PDM08: Provides 8 high-side power outputs, handling up to 100A of continuous current. This compact model is suited for simpler setups or smaller bikes where fewer electrical systems need to be controlled.
- MXSL Dash Display: This dash display integrates seamlessly with the PDM system, offering essential telemetry data to manage power distribution and monitor critical electrical components. The MXSL display is ideal for those who want to keep a close eye on system performance during races.
- 5 & 6″ PDM Displays: These compact displays provide essential data in a streamlined interface, featuring 5 status LEDs and 10 shift light LEDs. They are fully customisable and ideal for small, lightweight dashboards.
- 10″ PDM Display: The largest display in our range, this 10-inch model offers a high-resolution interface with six status LEDs. It can also be paired with a GPS module for lap timing and positioning, making it a prefered option for professional racers looking for comprehensive performance monitoring.
